Resident Referral pays $400.00. All you need to do is refer a friend, co-worker or family member to Church Lake Apartments and you will earn some extra cash. We will take $400.00 off your rent after your neigbor moves in.

We are excited to say we are raising money for the “Make A Wish Foundation”. Every donation will help no matter how small. We are accepting cash and checks (make all checks payable to “Make A Wish Foundation”. We only have til March to raise enough money to make a child’s wish come true. So everyone come together to help us help a child’s wish come true.
